Account Registration

OBSERVE: Account rules must address age, identity, and accuracy of information to comply with AML and consumer protection standards. EXPAND: As an offshore operator accepting Canadian players in a grey-market context, the Operator must enforce strict KYC and responsible gambling safeguards. REFLECT: This section sets enforceable conditions under which a Player may hold and use an Account.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Services on adrenaline-ca.com. Where your provincial or territorial law in Canada prescribes a higher minimum gambling age (e.g., 19 years), you must comply with that higher age limit. By creating an Account, you confirm that you meet the highest applicable age requirement.
  • Legal capacity: You may only open an Account as a natural person acting on your own behalf. Accounts for or on behalf of companies, organizations, or other legal entities are strictly prohibited.
  • Jurisdictional responsibility: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Website is lawful in your province, territory, or country, and for complying with any applicable local laws. The Operator does not represent that Casino Adrenaline is legal in any specific Canadian jurisdiction and operates as an offshore service under Curaçao law.
  • Single account rule: You may hold only one Account with Casino Adrenaline on adrenaline-ca.com. Opening multiple Accounts (duplicate, linked, or fraudulent accounts) may result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings.

Account Creation Process

  1. Registration: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing at least your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a secure password. You must also affirm acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  2. Email verification: After submitting the registration form, you may be required to verify your email address through a confirmation link before your Account is fully activated. The Operator may suspend or limit unverified accounts.
  3. KYC and identity verification: At any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or where suspicious activity is detected, the Operator may request:
    • a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's licence);
    • proof of address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement);
    • proof of payment method ownership (e.g., partial card copy, Interac confirmation, or bank statement);
    • evidence of source of funds where required by AML/CTF standards.
    Failure to provide requested documents, or provision of forged or altered documents, may result in immediate suspension or closure of your Account and retention of funds where required by law.
  4. Account currency: For Canadian players, CAD will typically be the default account currency. The Operator may offer additional currencies and convert transactions at prevailing exchange rates applied by payment processors.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and keep it current at all times. Use of aliases, false identities, third-party details, or prepaid/anonymous instruments intended to conceal identity is prohibited.
  • Password and access security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your Account. You must:
    • choose a strong, unique password;
    • not share your username or password with any third party;
    • log out after each session, especially on shared devices; and
    • promptly notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Prohibition on third-party use: You must not allow any other person, including family members, to use your Account or to participate in Games on your behalf. The Operator may request live verification or additional KYC checks where third-party use is suspected.
  • Source of funds: You warrant that all funds used on the Website are from legitimate sources and not derived from criminal or unlawful activities. The Operator will apply AML/CTF procedures as outlined in its AML Policy available at casinoadrenaline.com/aml-policy.
  • Responsible gambling: You agree to use the Services for entertainment purposes only and not as a source of financial income. Tools and information are available through the Responsible Gaming page at casinoadrenaline.com/responsible-gaming.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

OBSERVE: Betting rules must ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with software provider rules. EXPAND: This includes minimum/maximum stakes, bet acceptance, and behavioural rules in live and chat environments. REFLECT: These rules define how wagers are formed, resolved, and challenged, reducing disputes and ensuring regulatory-grade integrity.

General Gameplay Conditions

  • Game rules: Each Game has its own rules, payout tables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages as determined by the respective software provider. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules displayed within the Game interface.
  • Randomness and result finality: For RNG Games, results are determined by a certified random number generator operated by the software provider. For live casino Games, results are determined by the physical outcome (e.g., card draw, roulette spin) recorded by the system. In both cases, the outcome recorded by the Operator's or provider's system is final and binding.
  • Account balance requirement: Bets are accepted only when your Account has sufficient available funds (Real-Money Balance or, where allowed, Bonus Funds). If your balance is insufficient, the Bet will not be registered.

Placing Bets - Minimums, Maximums, and Types

  • Stake limits: Each Game displays applicable minimum and maximum Bet amounts. These limits may vary by Game, table, or Player status and may be adjusted at the Operator's discretion for risk management or regulatory reasons.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered placed when it is accepted by the Game server and appears in your game history or balance movements. The timestamp in the Operator's system is conclusive for determining the time of the Bet.
  • Multiple and simultaneous Bets: You may place multiple or simultaneous Bets within the limits of each Game, provided that such play does not constitute abusive betting patterns or bonus misuse as defined under these Terms and applicable Bonus Rules.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  1. Player-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted by the Game server, you may not cancel or modify it unless the specific Game expressly provides a cancellation feature before the game round starts.
  2. Operator intervention: The Operator may, in exceptional circumstances such as technical errors, malfunction, or clear misconfiguration of odds or paytables:
    • void or roll back affected Bets;
    • adjust balances to the state before the erroneous Bets were placed; and
    • restore games to their correct configurations.
    • In such cases, the Operator will act in good faith, based on verifiable logs, and may notify affected Players by email or on-site message.
    • Malfunction clause: In the event of a system, hardware, or software malfunction, all affected Bets and game rounds are considered void. Stakes may be refunded to the Account, but any resulting winnings will be cancelled to maintain system integrity.

Conduct in Live Casino and Chats

  • Respectful behaviour: In live casino Games and chat features, you must:
    • refrain from using offensive, racist, sexist, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate language;
    • not harass, insult, or abuse dealers, other players, or Operator staff; and
    • not promote other gambling websites or non-gambling commercial products.
  • Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not engage in or attempt any form of cheating, advantage play based on technical loopholes, collusion with other players or dealers, exploitation of software bugs, use of automated betting tools, or any other unfair strategies. The Operator may investigate suspicious play patterns using internal and industry-standard analytics (referencing market and dispute metrics, including EGBA and other industry data where relevant).
  • Moderation and sanctions: The Operator reserves the right to:
    • remove chat privileges;
    • exclude you from specific Games or tables;
    • withhold winnings derived from fraudulent or collusive play; and/or
    • terminate your Account in accordance with the Termination & Suspension section.

Bonus Terms

OBSERVE: Bonus rules must clearly define activation, wagering, restrictions, and misuse to comply with consumer protection expectations in Canada and broader industry standards. EXPAND: Terms must address time limits, game weighting, maximum bets, and combining promotions. REFLECT: This section aims to prevent misunderstandings and bonus abuse while ensuring transparent, fair promotional offers.

Bonus Activation and Eligibility

  • Offer-specific rules: Each Bonus, including welcome offers, reloads, free spins, and cashback, is governed by specific terms displayed on the promotion page or within the relevant communication. In case of conflict between those specific terms and these general Bonus Terms, the specific terms will prevail.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses on adrenaline-ca.com are generally intended for recreational players from Canada who:
    • have a verified Account;
    • meet minimum deposit requirements in CAD via accepted methods (e.g., Interac e-Transfer, cards, e-wallets, crypto where available); and
    • have not violated any previous Bonus or gameplay rules.
    • The Operator may restrict or exclude certain Players, regions, or payment methods from specific promotions.
    • Activation: Some Bonuses require:
      • opting in on the promotion page;
      • entering a bonus code during deposit; or
      • accepting an in-account prompt.
      • Failure to follow activation instructions may result in no Bonus being credited.

      Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

      • Standard wagering: Unless stated otherwise, deposit-match Bonuses and related Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 20x - 50x combined deposit plus Bonus) before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The exact multiplier, eligible games, and contribution percentages are defined in the relevant promotion terms.
      • Game contribution: Typical contribution guidelines may include:
        • video slots: up to 100% of each wager;
        • classic slots and certain special games: a reduced percentage;
        • table games, video poker, and live casino: low or 0% contribution.
        • The Operator may exclude specific games or entire categories from contributing to wagering; such exclusions will be listed in promotion details or the general Bonus Rules referenced at casinoadrenaline.com/terms-and-conditions.
        • Time limits: Bonuses and related wagering requirements must typically be completed within a defined period (e.g., 7 - 30 days) from activation. After expiry:
          • unused Bonus Funds will be removed; and
          • winnings derived from such Bonuses may be forfeited.
          • Exact deadlines are stated for each offer and will not normally extend beyond 2026 for time-limited campaigns.

          Restricted Games and Prohibited Actions

          • Prohibited games: Certain games, including some high-variance slots, jackpot games, live casino titles, and table games, may be excluded from Bonus wagering or may contribute at 0%. Placing Bets on excluded games while wagering a Bonus may lead to removal of the Bonus and associated winnings.
          • Maximum bet rule: When wagering an active Bonus, a maximum permitted Bet per game round or spin applies (for example, CAD 5 or a value specified in the promotion). Placing higher Bets may be considered abuse and can result in Bonus and winnings being cancelled.
          • Bonus abuse patterns: Prohibited strategies include, but are not limited to:
            • placing large Bets to build a balance, then switching to low-risk Bets once wagering thresholds are nearly met;
            • using multiple Accounts or coordinated play to exploit promotions;
            • depositing and withdrawing immediately after receiving a non-wagered incentive;
            • low- or no-risk betting tactics specifically designed to clear wagering at minimal risk.
            • The Operator may rely on internal analytics and industry benchmarks (including research from H2 Gambling Capital, Responsible Gambling Council, and similar sources) to identify and address such patterns.

            Combining Promotions and Cashback

            • One active Bonus policy: Unless expressly permitted, only one Bonus may be active on your Account at any time. Depositing while an existing Bonus is active may cause new promotions to be unavailable until existing wagering is completed or the Bonus is forfeited.
            • Cashback and loyalty rewards: Cashback, comp points, or loyalty rewards may be credited with or without wagering requirements, as specified in the respective program rules. Where wagering applies, it will be clearly stated and will not exceed customary industry thresholds.
            • Bonus forfeiture: You may request that an active Bonus be removed from your Account via [email protected] or live chat. If you do so, all associated Bonus Funds and Bonus-derived winnings will normally be forfeited, while your Real-Money Balance remains intact.

            Payments & Withdrawals

            OBSERVE: Payment terms must set clear expectations for methods, limits, fees, and timings, referencing provided corporate data, including Interac and bank wire parameters. EXPAND: Terms must also address AML, KYC, refunds, and bonus-related payment restrictions. REFLECT: This section protects both the Player and Operator by defining transparent, enforceable financial rules.

            Deposit Methods and Limits

            • Available methods: For Canadian players, the Operator may offer, subject to availability:
              • Interac e-Transfer and similar Canadian online banking solutions;
              • credit and debit cards;
              • e-wallets and online payment services;
              • cryptocurrencies, where supported; and
              • international bank wire transfers.
              • Specific options and any third-party gateways (e.g., Interac processors) may change from time to time.
              • Interac deposits: Typical transaction limits are approximately CAD 30 to CAD 4,000 per transaction, subject to bank or payment gateway rules. The Operator may set additional per-transaction, daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for risk management or responsible gambling purposes.
              • Bank wire deposits: International bank wires may be accepted subject to:
                • a minimum deposit amount (e.g., CAD 500); and
                • bank fees or intermediary charges, which are generally borne by the Player.
                • Exact details depend on the bank and will be communicated upon request.
                • Deposit completion: Deposits are credited to your Account when confirmed by the relevant Payment Processor. The Operator is not responsible for delays attributable to banks, Interac services, or blockchain confirmations in the case of crypto deposits.

                Withdrawals, Processing, and Verification

                • General withdrawal rules: Withdrawals will, where reasonably possible, be processed via the same method used for deposit, or via a method reasonably determined by the Operator (for example, international bank wire where Interac is not available for payouts).
                • Interac withdrawals: Interac-based withdrawals are typically processed via third-party gateways and may require 24 - 72 Business Hours after approval. Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays may be queued and processed from the next applicable Business Day (e.g., from Monday).
                • Minimum and maximum withdrawals: The Operator may:
                  • set minimum withdrawal thresholds per transaction;
                  • apply maximum daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits; and
                  • process large winnings in instalments, consistent with posted VIP and risk policies.
                  • Current limits will be indicated in the cashier section or communicated by support.
                  • Bank wire withdrawals: Where withdrawals are processed via international bank wire, a flat fee (for example, CAD 35) may apply if Interac is blocked or unavailable. Any intermediary or receiving bank fees are your responsibility.
                  • KYC and security: Before approving withdrawals, the Operator may require completion of full KYC checks. The Operator may also request proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., bank statement, Interac confirmation). Failure to adequately complete verification may lead to cancellation or delay of the withdrawal and possible Account suspension.

                  Fees, Chargebacks, and Refunds

                  • Fees: The Operator aims to keep fees transparent. While many deposits and withdrawals may be processed free of charge by the Operator, third-party processors or banks may impose their own fees. Any Operator-imposed fees will be displayed in the cashier or clearly disclosed before confirmation.
                  • Chargebacks and reversals: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without a valid legal basis may lead to:
                    • immediate suspension or closure of your Account;
                    • offsetting of any pending or future winnings to recover chargeback amounts and associated costs; and
                    • reporting to relevant payment providers and fraud databases.
                    • The Operator may, at its discretion, provide evidence of transactions to your financial institution.
                    • Refund policy: Bets that have been finalized and settled cannot be refunded, except in cases of:
                      • technical malfunction or game error confirmed by the Operator;
                      • clear misconfiguration or operational error by the Operator; or
                      • other exceptional circumstances where the Operator decides to void a game round.
                      • In such events, stakes may be returned to the Real-Money Balance. Bonuses used in such rounds may be reinstated or voided, depending on the nature of the issue.
                      • Bonus-related withdrawals: Withdrawals that include Bonus-derived winnings are subject to completion of all applicable Wagering Requirements and other Bonus conditions. The Operator may:
                        • decline or adjust withdrawal requests if requirements are not met; or
                        • remove Bonuses and related winnings where abuse or breach of Bonus Terms is confirmed.

                      Limitation of Liability

                      OBSERVE: Liability clauses must allocate risks and clarify the Operator's responsibilities for fairness and availability. EXPAND: The Operator's obligations are constrained by its role as an offshore gaming provider, with exclusions for technical and third-party failures. REFLECT: This section provides a balanced approach consistent with industry standards while remaining mindful of Canadian consumer expectations.

                      Operator's Obligations

                      • Fairness and integrity: The Operator undertakes to:
                        • offer Games from reputable software providers using certified RNG systems or audited live-dealer setups;
                        • adhere to the technical and regulatory requirements of its Curaçao licence (8048/JAZ2014-035) and any successor framework adopted by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board; and
                        • maintain accurate records of game outcomes, account balances, and transaction histories.
                      • Service availability: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and functioning smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.
                      • Accuracy of information: While the Operator endeavours to ensure that website content, including promotions and game information, is accurate and up to date, minor errors or omissions may occur. In such cases, the Operator will correct the information and, where necessary, adjust or void affected Bets in a fair and reasonable manner.

                      Exclusions of Liability

                      • Technical and network issues: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from:
                        • interruptions, delays, or failures of telecommunications networks, internet service providers, or power suppliers;
                        • hardware or software malfunctions on your device;
                        • incompatibility between your device and the Website or Games; or
                        • bugs or errors beyond the Operator's reasonable control in third-party software.
                        • In such cases, the Operator may, at its discretion, void affected Bets and refund stakes.
                        • Indirect and consequential losses: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, data, or reputation, arising from use of the Website or Services.
                        • Self-exclusion and responsible gambling: You are responsible for your gambling decisions. The Operator provides tools and resources for responsible gambling but cannot be held liable for losses incurred where you fail to use those tools or choose to continue playing despite indications of harm.

                        Limitation of Maximum Compensation

                        • Cap on liability: Without prejudice to statutory rights that may apply under mandatory consumer protection laws, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any single incident or series of related incidents, is limited to:
                          • the amount of the Bet or Wager placed in relation to the specific Game or transaction giving rise to the claim; or
                          • where the claim does not relate to a particular Bet, the lesser of (i) your net deposits to the Account during the preceding 90 days and (ii) CAD 5,000.
                        • Jurisdictional note: This limitation is intended to be valid under Curaçao law and is not intended to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory laws of your place of residence.

                        Intellectual Property Rights

                        OBSERVE: This section protects the Operator's and third parties' intellectual property rights in content, software, and branding. EXPAND: It must address copying, reverse engineering, and unauthorized commercial use. REFLECT: These protections uphold contractual and copyright norms across jurisdictions, including Canada.

                        Ownership of Content and Software

                        • Proprietary rights: All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, audio, video, software code, user interfaces, and data compilations, is owned or licensed by the Operator and is protected by copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual property laws.
                        • Third-party rights: Game providers, payment processors, and other partners retain all rights in their respective trademarks, brands, game titles, software, and other proprietary materials. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in such materials.

                        Permitted and Prohibited Uses

                        • Personal use licence: The Operator grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Website and Services on your personal devices solely for private entertainment, in accordance with these Terms.
                        • Prohibitions: You may not, without prior written consent from the Operator:

                          • modify, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any software used in connection with the Website, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
                          • use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, collect, or index Website content or game outcomes;
                          • use the Casino Adrenaline brand, logos, or trademarks in domain names, advertising, or any other commercial context; or
                          • create derivative works based on any part of the Services.

                        Privacy & Data Protection

                        OBSERVE: This section must reference the Privacy Policy and reassure Players that data processing complies with applicable standards. EXPAND: As an offshore operator with Canadian players, transparency about cross-border processing and AML-related data use is important. REFLECT: Detailed privacy rules are provided separately to avoid duplication.

                          • possible data transfers to payment processors and technical providers, including entities in Curaçao, Cyprus, and other jurisdictions; and
                          • your rights in relation to your personal data, including access, rectification, and, where applicable, deletion or restriction.
                        • By using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

                        Changes to Terms

                        OBSERVE: Online gambling terms must be adaptable to regulatory, technical, and business changes. EXPAND: A clear notice procedure supports fairness and transparency, particularly for Canadian players in a dynamic regulatory environment. REFLECT: This section balances Operator flexibility with Player choice.

                        Right to Amend

                        • The Operator may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
                          • changes in applicable laws or regulatory expectations in Curaçao, Canada, or other relevant jurisdictions;
                          • updates to licensing requirements or oversight by Antillephone N.V. or the Curaçao Gaming Control Board;

                          • sending an email to the address registered to your Account; or

                        • Right to discontinue use: If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Website and Services and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any eligible Real-Money Balance, subject to these Terms and AML/KYC checks.

                        Termination & Suspension

                        OBSERVE: This section must describe grounds and processes for suspension or closure of accounts. EXPAND: It should cover fraud, AML, non-compliance, and voluntary closure, including treatment of balances. Operator-Initiated Suspension or Termination

                        • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, and/or withhold or confiscate funds, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
                          • you have breached these Terms, including Bonus Terms or game rules;
                          • you have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
                          • you are involved in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
                          • you have allowed or facilitated third-party use of your Account;
                          • you have engaged in collusion, cheating, or other forms of unfair play; or
                          • your use of the Website may expose the Operator to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
                        • Measures available: Depending on the circumstances, the Operator may:
                          • temporarily suspend access pending investigation;
                          • cancel pending withdrawals;
                          • void or reclaim Bonuses and associated winnings; and/or
                          • permanently close the Account.

                        Voluntary Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

                        • You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected] or using available self-exclusion tools. The Operator will process such requests within a reasonable period, subject to verification and settlement of any outstanding obligations.
                        • In the event of voluntary closure:
                          • any Real-Money Balance, not subject to investigation or legal restrictions, will be returned to you via an agreed payment method; and
                          • active Bonuses and Bonus Funds will be cancelled, along with related, non-withdrawable winnings.
                        • Self-exclusion periods, once confirmed, cannot generally be reversed before expiry. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to prevent gambling activity under your details during such periods but cannot be held liable for independent or third-party gambling activities you may undertake elsewhere.

                        • Notification: Where lawful and not prejudicial to any investigation, the Operator will notify you by email of the reasons for suspension or termination and any actions taken in respect of your Account balance.
                        • Lawful retention of funds: In cases involving suspected fraud, AML/CTF concerns, or breach of law, the Operator may be required by competent authorities to retain or freeze funds. Such actions will be taken in line with the Operator's AML Policy and applicable legal obligations.
                        • Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login or transactional activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant and handled in accordance with the Operator's internal policies, which may include reasonable administrative fees, subject to applicable law.

                        Governing Law & Jurisdiction

                        OBSERVE: As an offshore operator, the governing law and forum must be clearly designated. EXPAND: The clause should acknowledge that Canadian players may have mandatory consumer rights while emphasizing Curaçao law and forums. REFLECT: This balances operational coherence with recognition of cross-border realities.

                        Applicable Law

                        • These Terms, your Account, and any use of the Website and Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
                        • Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your province, territory, or country of residence where such rights cannot be waived by contract.

                          • Support will acknowledge your complaint and endeavour to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
                          • Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the internal resolution, you may request escalation to the Operator's management or dedicated complaints team. • Jurisdiction: Subject to any applicable mandatory laws, any unresolved Dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao. The Operator may also agree, in its sole discretion, to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as arbitration, where available and appropriate.
